PALM365 Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for accessing and using PALM365 web, mobile, administration, project-control, collaboration, import, export, and networking services.

Audience and authority

PALM365 is a business/workplace product and is not directed to children. A user must have legal capacity to accept these terms or use PALM365 through an organization that has lawfully authorized the user's access and assumes responsibility for it, subject to applicable law.

Accounts and organizational access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only access assigned to you. Organizations control seats, membership, roles, capabilities, represented parties, project scopes, and approval responsibilities.

Do not share accounts, evade access restrictions, impersonate another person or organization, or attempt to discover records outside your authorized company or project scope.

Your content and responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy, authority, legality, confidentiality, and backup requirements of information you upload, import, create, approve, export, or share through PALM365.

You grant the service the limited technical permission needed to host, copy, transform, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the requested features and protect the service.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, upload malware, probe or bypass security, interfere with availability, scrape protected records, send unauthorized invitations or notifications, violate another person's rights, or use project information without authority.

Imports, exports, and professional decisions

Imported schedules and spreadsheets can contain incomplete or inconsistent source data. Users must review validation results, mappings, dates, relationships, calculations, and exported artifacts before relying on them.

PALM365 supports project workflows but does not replace the professional judgment, contractual notices, statutory duties, safety processes, or records management required for a construction project.

Availability, changes, and suspension

Features may change to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or product operation. Access may be suspended or revoked when authorization expires, an organization removes access, the account presents a security risk, or these terms are materially breached.

App Store distribution

The owner has chosen a free download price and worldwide App Store availability for both PALM365 iOS apps. A free download does not create an account, seat, company membership, project access, or any permission; availability also remains subject to Apple and applicable local requirements.

Ending use and deletion

You may sign out or request account deletion through the product. PALM365 automatically offboards ordinary company membership during confirmed deletion. A last subscription-owner role, file ownership, or retained business responsibilities may need to be transferred first. Organizations may separately retain pseudonymized access history and project records under their agreements and legal duties.

Operator and governing law

PALM365 is operated by Adham Elbaroudi, Doha, Qatar, as a personal activity that is not currently associated with a business entity. The current App Store Digital Services Act self-assessment is non-trader and must be reassessed promptly if its factual basis changes. Unless an expressly controlling enterprise agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Qatar.
