Sign in with the email address your organization invited or approved. The projects, tools, and actions you can see depend on your active company and project permissions.

If a page says an item is unavailable, confirm that you selected the correct project and ask a company or project administrator to review your membership, role, represented party, scope, and access dates.

Accounts and passwords

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to request a one-use recovery link. New passwords must contain at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a symbol.

You can change your password, sign out, or begin authenticated account deletion from Settings. Never send a password, recovery link, access token, or confidential project file to support.

Projects, tasks, and approvals

Open a project before working with its activities, WBS, Gantt schedule, Look Ahead, milestones, resources, tasks, timesheets, risks, issues, changes, RFIs, letters, submittals, documents, procurement, daily reports, and governed approvals.

If a control is disabled or missing, that can be an intentional permission boundary. A project administrator can review the capability, party, project scope, effective dates, delegation, suspension, or revocation that applies to your account.

Imports and exports

Review the selected project and import type before uploading XER, XML, XLS, XLSX, or CSV files. Resolve validation errors and confirm the preview before activation. Reopen downloaded PDF, Excel, or CSV files and verify filters, dates, and row counts before relying on them.

Spreadsheet values that begin like formulas are escaped in generated artifacts. Keep an original copy of every source file and do not import confidential information into an unauthorized project.

Notifications, offline work, and mobile

Notification visibility follows current access. If a target was removed or access was revoked, PALM365 should show a safe unavailable state rather than reveal protected content.

When offline, clearly queued work is retried after reconnection. Confirm that synchronization completed before closing the app or switching accounts. Push delivery also depends on operating-system permission and device settings.
