Apple Standard EULA
The PALM365 and PALM365 Admin App Store listings use Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. PALM365 does not substitute a custom App Store license agreement.
The Apple Standard EULA governs the licensed iOS application. The PALM365 Terms of Service govern hosted accounts, organizational access, project workflows, customer content, and service operation; an expressly controlling enterprise agreement may also apply.
Business users and authorization
PALM365 is a business/workplace product and is not directed to children. A user must have legal capacity to accept these terms or use PALM365 through an organization that has lawfully authorized the user's access and assumes responsibility for it, subject to applicable law.
Platform services
The apps may use Apple or Google operating-system services, Expo push delivery, and user-directed Wallet or share-sheet capabilities. Platform providers may apply their own terms. PALM365 Admin intentionally excludes the PALM365 Wallet entitlement.
Updates, support, and termination
Updates may be required for security or compatibility. The license ends when account authorization ends or these terms are materially breached. On termination, stop using and uninstall the app; retained hosted business records follow the applicable service and organization rules.

Operator and law
PALM365 is operated by Adham Elbaroudi, Doha, Qatar, as a personal activity that is not currently associated with a business entity. The current App Store Digital Services Act self-assessment is non-trader and must be reassessed promptly if its factual basis changes. Unless an expressly controlling enterprise agreement states otherwise, the PALM365 service terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the competent courts of Qatar. Export-compliance answers are based on the final application and linked-library scan, not this page alone.
