Delete from either PALM365 app
Use the authenticated deletion flow so PALM365 can verify the request, explain any business-record responsibility that must be transferred, and avoid deleting the wrong account.
Sign inOpen PALM365 or PALM365 Admin and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Open account settingsChoose Settings, then Delete account. The option is available to signed-in users in both app variants.
Reauthenticate and confirmEnter your current password, type the displayed deletion phrase exactly, and acknowledge permanent deletion and business-record retention.
Review the resultPALM365 confirms deletion only after the server completes the implemented lifecycle. Ordinary company membership is offboarded automatically. A last subscription-owner role, file ownership, or retained business responsibility blocks deletion until it is safely transferred.
